White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico: The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), at  White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico entered into a three-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with EIC to provide environmental and information technology services. Environmental services include site assessment; remedial investigation; feasibility studies (RI/FS); Phase I/II Evaluation; Soil/Ground Water remediation; risk/hazard evaluation; litigation support and hazardous waste management, hazardous substance removal/cleanup/disposal, air/water/wastewater treatment; CWA/RCRA/ CERCLA/FIFRA, spill prevention control and countermeasures (SPCC) environmental compliance. Information technology services include GIS, SCADA and Telemetry, Data Management and Archival, Wireless Data Acquisition and Storage; and programming services.
