For a major industry in New Jersey, EIC successfully prepared and
filed various reports in compliance with the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Emergency
Planning and Community Right-to-know Act (EPCRA). Also, EIC
prepared release pollution prevention reports (RPPR), Pollution
Prevention (P2) plans, and other related material in compliance with
the community right to know (CRTK) act of New Jersey.
Additionally, EIC assists the industry in multimedia compliance
including air pollution control, stormwater, monthly wastewater monitoring,
and related tasks.
